Maintenance.

Especially good for those customers with no full time IT staff of their own. We visit weekly or monthly to perform a complete checkup on your IT systems.

• Your servers are inspected against our detailed checklist.
• Backup logs are checked, selection lists checked and a test data restore performed.
• Antivirus and Anti spam programs are checked for latest updates, and to ensure client machines are up to date. Your firewall is tested for vulnerabilities. 
• Your Mail system ‘s health is checked,  mail routing, mailbox sizes and configuration.
• Any security patches needed that are outstanding are applied , event log errors are gone through and resolved.
• Any outstanding customer IT issues are attended to.
• Any hardware or software ordering and licensing is organized.
• A list of activities performed and items that require further followup are gone through with the customer.

Network Design.

For upgrades or new installations, we can design, implement and support any changes you may need. Our designs generally center around HP server hardware and Windows Server 2003 and 2008 infrastructures.

We prefer to network with Cisco routers and Cisco or HP Procurve switches. Our technicians experience ranges from small setups for 5 Staff through to clustered email server configurations with 80,000 staff.

Our projects are ran by Prince2 certified Project Managers and no one gets to work on your operating systems who is not Microsoft certified.
